These enhancements include increasing the font size of all elements within the platform, intuitive navigation, and enhanced comprehensive help center, catering to the unique needs of an aging population.

The updated platform not only addresses usability but also incorporates advanced security measures to protect vulnerable users from phishing, scams, and other online threats. These measures include the optional implementation of 2FA security, more stringent password requirements and regulating the number of permitted login attempts before the account is locked and the end user must reset their password for account security.
